Our mission is to build equitable, thriving learning ecosystems by partnering with education leaders and entrepreneurs. In transparent, just-relationship with those we serve, we deliver the high-impact transitional leadership, professional learning, leadership coaching, and business advisory services to create lasting systemic excellence across the PreK-20 landscape - empowering leaders to be champions for kids.

We share the strategies and skills with our clients necessary for them to build their own resourcefulness. We seek to build capacity, not dependency.

We want our clients to learn how to collaborate internally with members of their team and how to collaborate externally with each other.

We want to help our clients recognize their own equity stance and adjust it as necessary to be anti-racist.
Transparency
We fully acknowledge this is a political environment but will be transparent about what has guided our work, about who we have hired and why, and about the people and organizations we have interactions with in this landscape.

Twenty-five years in PreK-20 education, now in your corner.
I've spent twenty-five years in PreK-20 education as a teacher, principal, district administrator, education attorney, and entrepreneur, building equitable, high-performing learning ecosystems and advising the administrators and entrepreneurs who lead them.
Over the years, I've become acutely aware of the knowledge gaps affecting well-intentioned, seasoned education leaders — operational, management and instructional inefficiencies that negatively affect school leader retention, venture success, and ultimately, student outcomes. That's the gap Mosaic exists to close.
I operate in what I call just relationship with the leaders I serve — not as an outside vendor, but as a resourceful, transparent partner. I build capacity, not dependency: every engagement is designed to leave you and your team stronger, not more reliant on me.
